Part A – Special Terms and Conditions of Participation

We’re celebrating 100,000 followers on Instagram! To mark the occasion, Gusti Leather is giving away a leather set consisting of the “Alexandra” leather bag and the “Brigitta” wallet. The following special terms and conditions apply to this giveaway.

1. Organizer

2. Contest and Channel
100K Followers Giveaway to celebrate reaching 100,000 followers. Conducted exclusively via the official Instagram account @gustileder.

3. Entry Period
Start: Monday, October 19, 2026, upon publication of the giveaway reel.
End: Monday, October 26, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (German local time).

4. Prize
The prize is a leather set consisting of a brown “Alexandra” leather bag and a brown “Brigitta” wallet.

The complete set will be awarded to exactly one winner. Shipping
to an address within Germany is free of charge.

5. How to Enter
To enter, participants must (1) follow @gustileder on Instagram, (2) like the official giveaway Reel, and (3) tag two friends in a comment under this Reel.

Sharing the Reel in a Story is optional and does not increase your chances of winning. Only one valid entry per person will be considered; additional comments or tags do not increase your chances of winning.

Tags are intended exclusively as mentions in comments; incorrect photo tags are not required.

6. Eligibility
Only individuals aged 18 or older who reside in Germany are eligible to participate. In all other respects, the exclusions set forth in the general terms and conditions of participation apply.

7. Selection and Notification
After the entry deadline, one person will be selected at random from among all valid entries.

The winner will be notified on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, via an Instagram Direct Message from the official account @gustileder.

The selected person must respond within seven (7) days of receiving the message. Otherwise, a new winner may be drawn.

8. Shipping and Personal Data
The shipping address will only be requested from the winner via a private communication channel. Shipping is free of charge within Germany.

9. Additional Rules and Instagram Notice
Participation is free of charge and not tied to a purchase. The prize is not redeemable for cash or freely transferable, to the extent permitted by law. 

The general terms and conditions for Gusti Leather contests apply in addition.

This contest is not affiliated with Instagram and is neither sponsored, endorsed, nor organized by Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any claims related to this contest, to the extent permitted by law.

Part B – General Terms and Conditions of Participation

§ 1 Organizer
The organizer of the sweepstakes is Gusti Leather GmbH, Erich-Schlesinger-Str. 62, 18059 Rostock, Germany. Email: info@gusti-lider.live.

These general terms and conditions of participation apply to Gusti Leather sweepstakes, unless additional or differing provisions are specified in the respective sweepstakes announcement. The respective special terms and conditions of participation take precedence for the specific sweepstakes.

By participating, you agree to the terms and conditions of participation as published. The sweepstakes are not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platforms, unless expressly stated otherwise. They are neither sponsored, endorsed, nor organized by these platforms.

§ 2 Entry Period
The start, end, and, if applicable, the relevant time zone will be announced in the respective contest announcement. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

§ 3 Eligibility
Unless otherwise specified in the respective contest announcement, natural persons aged 18 or older who reside in Germany are eligible to participate.

Employees of Gusti Leather GmbH, affiliated companies directly involved in the organization, and cooperation partners, as well as their immediate family members, are excluded.

Automated entries, fake accounts, and attempts at manipulation are prohibited. In the event of proven violations, the organizer may exclude participants.

§ 4 Participation and Procedure
Participation is free of charge and not tied to a purchase. The specific steps are defined separately for each contest, such as following an account, liking, commenting, or—where permitted by the platform—tagging other accounts in the comments. Unless otherwise announced, only one valid entry per person is permitted. Additional comments or tags do not increase the chances of winning. 

Newsletter subscriptions and consent to receive advertising are not automatically required to participate in Instagram contests; any marketing consents will be obtained separately.

§ 5 Prize
The type, number, and, if applicable, color or variant of the prizes are specified in the respective contest announcement. Cash payouts, voluntary exchanges, or transfers to third parties are generally excluded, to the extent permitted by law.

The shipping area and any shipping costs are described in the respective contest.

§ 6 Determination and Notification of Winners
Winners will be selected from among all valid entries after the contest ends. Unless otherwise specified, the selection will be made at random.

Notification will be sent via the channel described in the announcement. If no response is received within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be redrawn.

Profile names, photos, or personal data will not be published automatically, but only on an appropriate legal basis.

§ 7 Prize Delivery
Winners must provide correct and complete shipping information for delivery. The shipping terms are set forth in the respective contest announcement. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

§ 8 Data Protection

Depending on the contest, Instagram usernames, contest-related interactions, messages, and—in the event of a win—the contact and shipping information required for delivery will be processed. This is done for the purpose of conducting and administering the contest. The legal basis for the data required for this purpose is, in particular, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR; for any further processing, the respective applicable legal bases apply.

Shipping data will be transferred to service providers commissioned with delivery, if necessary. Personal data will be retained only for as long as required by the purpose and legal obligations. Further information regarding recipients, retention periods, data subject rights, and complaint procedures is contained in the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, in supplementary privacy notices for the respective contest: https://gusti-lider.live/policies/privacypolicy.

§ 9 Newsletters and Advertising
Subscribing to a newsletter is not required for regular Instagram sweepstakes. If a subscription option is additionally offered, it is based on independent, voluntary consent and, where applicable, via a double opt-in process. Consent that has been given may be revoked at any time with future effect.

§ 10 Modification or Termination
The organizer may modify, suspend, or terminate a contest prematurely for important objective reasons if proper conduct becomes impossible or unreasonable, for example due to legal or technical reasons. Where possible, participants will be informed of significant changes.

§ 11 Liability
The statutory liability provisions apply. Mandatory statutory liability—in particular in cases of willful misconduct, gross negligence, or injury to life, limb, or health—is not excluded by these terms and conditions.

§ 12 Governing Law
German law applies, taking into account mandatory consumer protection provisions. Statutory rights and access to the courts remain unaffected.

§ 13 Severability Clause
Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid. The invalid provisions shall be replaced by the relevant statutory provisions.
